SUSHI AWARDS 2008 - SEVEN SUSHI SAMURAI

Pontus came in second in the 2008 Sushi Awards arranged by EatJapan in London, England. The winner was Mitsunori Kusakabe of the Michelin-starred restaurant Sushi Ran in California.

Seven Sushi Samurais were selected from countries around the globe to represent the very pinnacle of sushi talent around the world.

At this unique event, the samurais from Japan, USA, United Kingdom and Russia gathered in London and presented their original sushi dishes to an audience of 350 and a guest judge panel of leading restaurant chefs.
